ORDER PROCESSING & VERIFICATION

1-All orders are processed only after confirmation through both WhatsApp/message and a verification call.

2-Orders are shipped only after successful confirmation. Unconfirmed orders will not be dispatched.

3-In case the confirmation call is unanswered, we will retry the next working day. After two unsuccessful attempts, the order will be automatically canceled.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

1-We strive to deliver your order within the timeline communicated at the time of order placement.

2-Delivery times may vary depending on your location and order type (customized or standard).

3-Delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, courier issues) are not our responsibility.

1-Shipping charges, if applicable, will be mentioned at checkout.

2-Any free shipping offers or discounts will be applied as per ongoing promotions.

 DELIVERY RULES

1-Parcel opening at the time of delivery is strictly not allowed. Customers must accept the parcel as delivered and contact us for any post-delivery concerns.

2-Customers who refuse to accept delivery without valid reason may have their future orders refused or canceled at our discretion.
