RETURN AND EXCHNAGE POLICY

CUSTOMIZED ITEMS ARE NON-EXCHANGEABLE/RETURNABLE

You may return or exchange your purchase within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Return

1-Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.·

2-Articles must be in the same condition as received.·

3-Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.·

4-Shabz will be responsible for the product claim and exchange if the product is found defective.·

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN  OR EXCHANGE.

1-Contact our Customer Care Department via email or WhatsApp for the Return.

2-Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our designated warehouse.

3-For exchanges, we will wait for the items to be received. Once received, we will inspect the items and, if found in original condition, new items will be immediately shipped.

4- In case the exchange item is felt used or altered, we are not responsible for the item's exchange. 

Refund Policy

1-Once we receive the product after inspection, the amount will be transferred to the communicated account.

2-Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item delivered was incorrect or defective.

1-Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time your return is received.
