BILLING TERMS & CONDITIONS

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following billing policies.

PRICING

1-All product prices are displayed in PKR  and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

2-Prices and offers are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price charged for your order will be the price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.

PAYMENT METHODS

1-We accept the following payment methods:

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Bank Transfer

Easypaisa/JazzCash (or any other local wallet)

For prepaid orders (bank transfer or wallet), your order will only be processed after payment confirmation.

DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS

1-For prepaid orders, a 5% discount is automatically applied to the product price.

2-Promotional discounts, vouchers, or coupon codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively after the order is placed.

3-Discounts and offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & INVOICING

1-After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message with the details of your purchase.

2-An official invoice will be included with your shipment or emailed to you.

FAILED OR DECLINED PAYMENTS

If your payment fails or is not received within 48 hours for prepaid orders, the order may be canceled.
